What’s the process for buying a home through HalalBayt?

A. Become a member.

B. Request HalalBayt to be on the Active list, the list of members waiting to buy the home through filling out Request for Addition to Active List (RFAL) form pay $100K or 10% of the price of the house, whichever is less to get into the active list (RFAL).

C. When you are number “five” on the list, pay 20% (including what you’ve paid earlier) of the Deposits of even US$2000.00 not only earn halal dividends for the investors but also helps other investors to purchase homes or refinance existing mortgages.

How long does it take to approve my home financing?

This varies depending on the amount of money raised and the number of members on the active list. Please check with the HalalBayt team to understand the current estimated wait times.

What are the expected returns on my investment?

Halal Bayt mentor’s has seen 112+ straight quarters of profitability, following their path, we are expecting the same.

Can I access my investment funds at any time?

HalalBayt’s Board tries to ensure that members are generally able to withdraw funds up to US$10,000 within a day by keeping some funds in reserve. Larger sums may require more time.

Is there a minimum investment amount?

Deposits of even US$2000.00 not only earn halal dividends for the investors but also helps other investors to purchase homes or refinance existing mortgages.

What support do I get as a member?

You’ll get to vote on new bylaws and the Board of Directors. Your active involvement ensures the health of the organization. Each member is given one vote during the general body meeting, irrespective of how many shares they own

Are there any fees associated with membership?

Yes, One time $100 for the lifetime membership
